A Message From SESRA Chairman, Keith Clemens

As Chair of the Southeastern Squash Rackets Association (SESRA), I want  to congratulate Alireza Sanaei on his recent Lifetime Fitness Johns Creek Junior Tournament. Thanks would be well deserved at anytime. But consider how much is shut down just now with the Covid problem. It has been said that courage is the first of the  seven virtues as it secures all others. Against this backdrop of uncertainty and anxiety, Ali and Lifetime have chosen to move forward. But make no mistake they have placed safety first. They started the reopening in July, and so good are their protocols that there have been no Covid squash cases.
I attended the event and saw many many happy and grateful faces. So good to taste a slice of normalcy.
Well done, my friend!
Keith Clemens, SESRA

I am glad the tournament was run pretty smoothly and everyone was happy to be back in court and compete again. We went through a very rough times like many other clubs due to all that happened after pandemic, but I am very grateful that squash is back up on its feet again and not only we are having a very successful squash program here in Johns Creek, we also managed to host this tournament with a very good participation. I am very thankful to everyone who trusted our facility and came to compete on Saturday and also, a very special thanks to Life Time Johns Creek GM, Mishkat Lightwala who provided us with all the necessary means and support to host this tournament in the best possible way.
